This Privacy Policy explains how FastPack collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FastPack mobile application.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use FastPack, including:

• Account information such as your email address and, if available, your name. Authentication is handled securely by Firebase and Apple — we never store your password.
• Profile information such as your profile image, if you choose to add one.
• Packing content you create, including spaces, lists, items, categories, members, notes, and reminders.
• Images you choose to upload for lists, categories, members, or your profile.
• Invite and collaboration information, such as email addresses used to invite other people to shared spaces.
• Subscription and purchase status related to premium access.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve FastPack, including to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Sync your packing data across sessions and devices.
• Enable shared spaces and collaboration features.
• Store and display your uploaded images.
• Provide optional list reminders and reminder deep-linking on iPhone.
• Manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and verify entitlements.
• Maintain app security, reliability, and fraud prevention.

Sign In and Authentication

FastPack uses Firebase Authentication to support sign-in and account management. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide account details such as your email address and name, subject to your Apple account settings and permissions.

Subscriptions

FastPack uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase restoration. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts from Apple in order to provide subscription functionality. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Photos and Images

If you choose to add images, FastPack may request access to your photo library so you can select pictures for your profile, lists, categories, or members. Image uploads are optional.

Notifications and Reminders

On supported iPhone devices, FastPack may request permission to schedule local reminders for packing lists. If you do not grant notification permission, reminder features may not be available.

Analytics and Tracking

FastPack does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate FastPack, including:

• Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage.
• RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure.
• Apple for Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and iOS notification-related services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information or images with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information in shared spaces may also be visible to other members of those shared spaces as part of the core functionality of the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide FastPack and related services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. You may also remove individual content you created within the app, subject to technical and backup limitations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
